On our monthly visitor days, we welcome everyone to come along and see what we're all about. You will have the opportunity to meet the animals, take a tour of our beautiful site, and get to know the team. Bring your friends, family, and all of your curiosity for the perfect day out with our delightful residents.

We will be open for visitors 2-5pm every first Saturday of the month, with our last opening of the year on Saturday 7th September. We hope to see you there! Dogs are welcomed on leads.

Back to Veggie Perrin's for this summer solstice celebration, we are over the sun and the moon to welcome Mr Bert Miller back to Plymouth. Presented by The Naturally Vegan Plott. Authentic Indian Food provided by Veggie Perrin's with its delicious vegan fare. We will also be joined by a surprise star guest.

A new independent eco festival launching this September 6-8th in East Sussex. This vegan music festival aims at inspiring action and providing tools for change through talks and workshops, inviting people to Make A Difference. Talks on fast fashion, the circular economy, veganism, and from Sea Shepherd, plus comedy/reiki/salsa/yoga/massage/life alignment workshops and much more. 
 

Our aim for the Maidstone Vegan Festival is to get people excited about the “fastest growing lifestyle movement”! We are absolutely thrilled to be organising and running this popular festival this summer! We are keen to show people that going vegan doesn’t mean missing out, and that veganism is an accessible lifestyle for all that will not only benefit the animals, but also our planet and health.

An overview of an article from earlier this year in The Lancet, where a team of researchers argue for action to be taken against what they term as The Global Syndemic: obesity, undernutrition, and climate change. 

In this edition of the Expert Series, RAC member Paul Appleby overviews recent research reported in The Lancet which suggests that poor diet is responsible for more deaths than smoking and the role a plant-based diet can have in reducing this risk.
