Paras has been a vegan since 2009 and a vegetarian before that.
He has been working as an accountant since 2015 and a qualified accountant since 2018. He's worked at a number of accountancy firms and is currently working in a financial institution's finance function. He looks forward to using his financial experience in helping the society stay on a firm financial footing.
Paras hopes to use his time on the board helping The Vegan Society achieve its aims and objectives and looks forward to helping the growth of the vegan movement.
