Vegan Trademark holder, Norseland, has secured listings of Applewood® Vegan in four major food retailers in Canada (Denninger's Foods of the World, Pusateri's Fine Foods, Longos and Loblaws) and its first listing in a European country outside of the UK. 

The month of November is World Vegan Month, which is all about highlighting how accessible and beneficial a vegan lifestyle is and to bring the vegan community together in supporting one another...even more important in these difficult times.  

So wherever you are in your vegan journey, whether you are a veteran vegan or vegan curious, you'll find that this online vegan market is a great way to find out more and see what's out there.

Reindeer advent calendar with the Vegan Trademark

Count down to a kinder Christmas with these delicious vegan advent calendars!

This bake includes a creamy ‘cheezy’ sauce with a hint of mustard, helping to add a real depth of flavour to winter vegetables.

Ingredients - filling mix

  • 300g of winter root vegetables (e.g. pumpkin, beetroot, parsnip, turnip – whatever you can get!), chopped to approx. 3 cm squares
  • 2 tbsps oil

Ingredients - 'cheezy' sauce

A simple way to cook potatoes - combined with the herby oat crumb, this makes for a tasty savoury lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium to large potato (leave the skin on as it’s got tonnes of nutrients in it! Just wash under warm water for a minute)
  • 4 tbsps leek stem, shredded and chopped finely. 
  • 2 tsps margarine
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1-2 tbsps herb oat crumb

These crispy chickpeas make for a brilliant protein-rich snack. We’ve created a sweet version and a savoury spicy version for you to enjoy.

Ingredients - Sweet Cinnamon

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp dark brown or coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
